Customer Reviews

We had a leak problem at our house and contacted Absolutely Right Plumbing. Ludvin was professional, responsive, and did an outstanding job fixing the issue quickly and correctly. He took the time to explain everything, was honest about the work that needed to be done, and offered a very fair price.

It's not always easy to find a reliable plumber, but Ludvin exceeded our expectations with his quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The repair was completed efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since.

We highly recommend Absolutely Right Plumbing to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional plumbing services. Thank you, Ludvin, for a great job and a great value!

I highly recommend Ludvin for the excellent plumbing work he did at Mery Hair Salon. He handled the installation of the water heater and shampoo bowls, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, reliable, and did a great job.

If you're looking to purchase a home, Ludvin can also perform a home inspection before you buy, helping you identify potential issues and avoid unexpected surprises and expenses in the future.

I highly recommend him without hesitation!

Had yet another great experience with Ludvin, the owner of Absolutely Right Plumbing. We had a 15/year old water heater that started to make end of life noises and was leaking. Called Ludvin and he was at our house the next morning at 9:00 and we had a new water heater installed by 10:15AM. He also discovered that our water pressure regulator for the main line coming to our house was defective, allowing almost twice the recommended safe pressure level. He replaced BOTH items for less than I would have paid another plumbing company for the water heater alone. I highly recommend Absolutely Right Plumbing, but feel free to call another plumber if you want to pay significantly more.

Ludvin is a rockstar. He not only fix the immediate plumbing issue but also explain the root cause. He and his crew were able to fix a DIYers mistake and gave me peace of mind that the plumbing is done the right way. His pricing and very fair and they completed the work in a timely manner. No doubt that this man works hard and has a future customer when I'm ready to upgrade my water heater.

I called Absolute Right Plumbing on Monday morning about a squeal I could hear, everytime I turned on my faucet. He came that afternoon to look at it. ( very glad he did ! ) the psi was 150 and should be around 50 to 80. He fixed the problem that afternoon quickly , no mess, and charged us a fair price. This the second time we have used him for our plumbing needs. Give a call. He will right by you . A happy customer ! L.D.

Ludvin does excellent work for very fair prices. He's done multiple jobs for us, including fixing a leak and repairing a sewage pump, and is a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Absolutely Right!

Ludvin was on time and did a perfect job replacing our busted water heater. His pricing is more than fair. We will happily call him again for any future plumbing needs.

This is my first time with this company, and I'm very satisfied with the service! Mr. Ruiz came out and cleaned out the grease blockage quickly and efficiently. He also quoted me a very fair price, other plumbers would've quoted 1.5-3x the price he gave me. Overall, he will be my go to plumber if anything else goes on and I will always recommend him to others.

I'm so happy I used ARP. They were so quick with fixing our leaky tank. Was very professional and informative. Very fair pricing for such quick service. 10/10 will use them in the future.

I had a great experience with Ludvin from Absolutely Right Plumbing. He came out the same day I called and had my water heater back up and running quickly. A previous plumber quoted me $1,600 for a full replacement without even inspecting the unit. Ludvin actually diagnosed the issue, replaced the heating elements, and fixed the problem on the spot. That saved me well over $1,000.

While he was there, I asked about replacing my kitchen faucet. Other plumbers had refused due to my reverse osmosis system. Ludvin had no hesitation. He replaced the faucet and also caught a small leak from an old valve under the sink that could have turned into a much bigger problem.

He was thorough, detail oriented, and transparent throughout the visit. He showed me exactly what was wrong, explained the fixes clearly, answered every question, and even shared practical maintenance tips to help extend the life of my water heater. Honest, skilled, and reliable. I would absolutely recommend Ludvin and Absolutely Right Plumbing!

Absolutely Right Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing my ice maker release valve. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. The quality of their work and level of service were truly excellent. I highly recommend Absolutely Right Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch plumbing services!

Fixed right for a very fair price. I've used Ludvin for a couple of jobs now and he is calm, thorough, skilled, fast, and leaves a clean repair. He's fixed a front yard leak, replaced pressure regulator valves, replaced a shutoff valve and more.

Good communication. Wisely used extra weight on kitchen faucet to make sure it retracts well.

Absolutely Right Plumbing saved the day! I had a severe water heater leak and I called Ludvin for help. He quickly diagnosed that it was time for me to replace my unit. His labor was reasonably priced and he got me a lower price on the new water heater. He also replaced it fast and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him for any type of plumbing work.

Ludvin at Absolute Right Plumbing did a great job replacing our electric water heater. Our older heater sprang a leak and Ludvin was able to install a new one the same day we called him. I would absolutely recommend them for a water heater replacement project.

We've had several plumbers over the last few years after moving into an older home. Ludvin definitely is the best of the best. He's very communicative and takes time to explain his process and the best course of action without trying to sell you things you don't need. He thoughtfully troubleshoots the problem and usually has what he needs to fix it on hand. He's very trustworthy and we recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber.

Great service fast and kind, good materials and labor, i will definitely recommend to people who need any plumbing service....

Just worked with Ludvin for the first time and I was really impressed with the quality of his work. More importantly, he is an honest person who will tell you exactly what needs to be done without upselling you on anything. When working with him, I could tell he was dedicated to getting the job done correctly and never cut corners. His pricing was very fair too. Glad to have found my go-to plumber for the future!

Ludvin is great !! We had some new countertops put into our kitchen, and the faucet and garbage disposal had to be re-installed due to the installation. Ludvin showed up on time and handled the job professionally, quickly and efficiently. The sink is running better now than it did prior to be uninstalled.

Impressed by his good work, I asked Ludvin about other projects we had around the house. He was honest and informative on what he can and cannot do, which I greatly appreciated.

We're glad we finally have an official plumber to contact for all our plumbing needs.

Ludvin Ruiz reacts to your problems like a friend showing up to help. I've used him before have been very pleased with his work. Today I realized I had a leak in the waterline to my house. I called in the late morning. He was in Decatur but said he'd be at my house by 3 PM. He showed up and just started fixing the problem; didn't wait for a crew to help him, realized that this was a difficult situation, put on his work boots and started digging. He fixed it in a few hours and charged me a fee that was more than fair. He's a great guy and family man, too.

My Main line Sheared at the meter. Response was quick, work was excellent and price reasonable.

Ludvin is always responsive and willing to help. We've used his services twice now and were completely happy both times. He shows up when he says he will and charges fairly for his work. Very knowledgable and terrific to work with. He's the only plumber we'll call in the future!
